With our holistic therapy concept you as human being with its complexity of bones, muscles, tendons and nerves stand in the center.
We support you with Craniosacral Therapy and Functional Osteopathy Integration (FOI) as well as climbing therapy to achieve better mobility and to get a new body sensation.

The age doesn't matter ?
Not only people with disabilities or health problems come to therapeutic climbing, but also people who simply want to get fit or stay fit!
NEW FROM MID MAY 2025:
Therapeutic climbing will also take place in small groups (up to max. 6 people) on Mondays from 17:30 to 18:30 in my practice in Aarau!

The therapeutic activity on the climbing wall is performed in my practice close to the ground and without a rope. This means that people who are afraid of heights can also take part in this course.
At the beginning, certain ‘routes’ are climbed freely from left to right or from right to left. Such sequences help me to select climbing activities and exercises that are suitable for the participants. Beginners are taught a new body awareness and a feeling for climbing.
Through coordination, body awareness, concentration in the here and now, motivation and fun, flexibility as well as physical strength and body tension, therapeutic climbing can be used very well for many weak points in the participants. Exercises (e.g. stretching exercises, stabilisation) on the floor can also be demonstrated and practised so that participants can also do them at home.
As climbing is fun, the training and the therapeutic aspect are very effective!
